As well as the construction of the apartments the building also includes a ground floor commercial/retail space with associated basement parking, and formation of a new public square. The project is the next phase for DeTrafford Estates and will be constructed alongside the Roof Gardens project.

This project is due for completion in Spring 2019 and our joinery comprises of the installation of mezzanine flooring, supply and fix of staircases, installation of first fix joinery items, IPS units and oak flooring to a 13-storey apartment block containing 154 apartments.
