This development is traditionally constructed of brick and block with single ply roofing and high level corten steel cladding.  With access to the roof areas which are paved and landscaped, the Roof Gardens will be a major addition to Manchester’s Castlefield residential market.  Blue Ocean completed the project in Summer 2018 and provided the installation of oak flooring and shower screens for 49 housing units and and 22 apartments.
