The refurbishment of the Alliance Manchester Business School (ABMS) formed part of the Manchester University’s £1bn Campus Masterplan. It was previously a dated 1960s concrete building – this modernisation of the Business School campus and regeneration of the surrounding area has provided a modern hub for both education and retail. Blue Ocean Building completed the project in Spring 2016 and works comprised of the installation of hoarding, temporary fire doors and partitions together with the upgrade of fire escapes.
