The scheme comprised the construction of 47 residential units comprising 20 one-bedroom apartments; 10 two bedrooms apartments; 4 three bedrooms houses; 13 two bedrooms houses, with car parking and associated external works. Blue Ocean was engaged for the design, supply and installation of the upper floors (inc. deck and staircases) and the roof trusses.  This project commenced in September 2018 and is due to complete in Spring 2019.
