The scheme comprised the construction of 13 three-storey townhouses (all four-bed) and a four-storey block of 16 apartments (12 two bedroom and 4 one bedroom).

Blue Ocean was engaged to supply and install the staircases, first, second and final fix joinery items. This project commenced in June 2018 and is due to complete in January 2019.
