Work began in September 2016 on the site of the former Notre Dame school in Everton, continuing the development of North Liverpool taking place across Anfield and Great Homer Street as part of Project Jennifer. TAC Developments won planning permission for the site in February 2016 and signed a deal with Liverpool Mutual Homes to develop the site on their behalf.
The homes on the site will be available for both affordable rent and shared ownership – it is part of Liverpool Mutual Homes’ commitment to providing 1,200 new homes by 2018.
Blue Ocean Building, appointed by AGB Projects, commenced phase one of the joinery work in Summer 2017 and work completed in Summer 2018. We delivered the full range of carpentry services, from the installation of joists, roof timbers, staircases, first, second and final fix Joinery, external doors and kitchen units for all 76 properties.
