The main construction was a steel frame with reinforced concrete floors, facing brickwork and rendered external walls with full height curtain walling to the ground floor and aluminium windows and doors.
The project was completed in Summer 2016 and Blue Ocean Building’s works comprised the supply and installation of partitions in the new classroom block.
